PabblyReviews of pabbly.com

Be careful of this company. They state they offer lifetime subscriptions, but there features don't work, they are constantly causing issues. I have had connect for years now and frustrated every time, I have finally decided to move over to zapier. They have a list of connections they say they work with but I have tried using several and they don't work, they just show that to make people think they are connected with more then they actually have. The customer service is 1 out of 5. Half of the time I ask them about an issue they have blamed the other company, they say it is an issue with the companies API or that companies connection won't let us do that. That same connection zapier is doing with no problem. Once again, watch out for this company. They are a scam.

I am very happy to use Pabbly Connect because I find it very useful for both work and personal life. The possibility to create AI agents has just become available, and I can't wait to test them. Thanks and compliments for the professionalism, patience, and kindness of Anushka Sahu.

I would strongly recommend thinking twice before purchasing. I stopped using the software after the first month because it was not valuable or useful enough to continue with for any purpose I needed. Then, without any meaningful warning, they charged my credit card over $200 for a renewal. I reached out the very same day, and they still refused to refund the charge. Their only solution was to offer credit for software I already determined was not worth using. That kind of policy feels incredibly unfair and anti-customer. A company confident in its product and committed to customer satisfaction should handle situations like this far better.

Absolutely no way this company follows legal marketing norms. Unsubscribe does not unsubscribe. I received so many messages before properly testing the tool, that I opted to delete my account and not even try. My frustration was doubled when deleting the account is even more buggy. Then, after successful deletion, I received a WELCOME EMAIL from the sales account, congratulating me on my new account. Do not give them your data, because it seems they'll never let it go.

I have several issues regarding Optin and Opt out. I need support on building a flow. I need guidance through video. Past 1 month i have sent several emails asking for support every single day, everytime a new person gives a new solution which doesn't work. I request you to schedule a call and help me real time or refund the money which i have paid

If I could give zero stars I would... This company is a joke... don't touch them... They don't look after anybody... never return any emails or messages... even when you are trying to give them your money! They are a complete waste of time and energy...

If the amount is not refunded, I will file a dispute with the payment company. pabbly is a company that lacks credibility. They deducted $90 without any responsibility.

I joined Pabbly's affiliate program and successfully referred paying customers. After earning a significant amount in commissions, I was suddenly told that my promotional method violated their policies — even though it had never been flagged before. They waited until I had already generated sales and then blocked my account and refused to release the commissions I rightfully earned. I even received a new commission notification during this back-and-forth, but they still declined payment. It's very disappointing to put in effort and drive real business for a company, only to be denied what was promised. If they had concerns, they should have addressed them early — not after benefiting from my referrals. Not a trustworthy affiliate experience
