Do not use this company. We booked through Wizz air and the driver never showed up at the airport to pick us up. We waited for hours at the taxi stand, asked around, clearly looked to be in distress, no one. Had to get another taxi to the hotel. We arrived at the agreed time- all the details were in place as we’d booked with Wizz and our flight details were given to them. We contacted their complaints department which is less than useless. No empathy, no help, takes weeks to reply to emails and now they’ve stopped completely. The worst customer service I have ever received. They closed the case without notice by just asking the local partner who was supposed to pick us up if he was there- of course he’s gonna say that he was! I’ve tried taking the matter further but I doubt I get a refund. Worst lying, cheating company ever, DO NOT USE.

Never again. Wizzair offered to add a transfer from Victoria station to Luton airport. I decided to try this service as it was a bit cheaper than National express. During reservation process I've entered all requested information including flight numbers and flight times. Shortly after reservation I received an email from them: Dear Passenger, We have inactivated your Wizz airport transfer reservation because we noticed that one of your flight is not covered by our bus timetable. Please note that since the valid timetable was given on Wizz Air's website during the booking we cannot be responsible for making a wrong booking and no refund can be made. By the way there was no timetable on wizzair website.

Never use this company! You transfer will simply never arrive and then they will refuse to give your money back and simply stop replying. Never have I ever experienced such an awful service!

Same as everyone else really. Website was down so had to wait and in the end e-mail address of destination. No customer service. Expected to wait an hour at Budapest airport just to find out if we have a transfer at all. Refund for a service they didn't provide is point blankly refused. Get a Budapest 72 hour plus card and get a free transfer from a local taxi firm that actually give a s*** I have complained to Wizzair. I suggest you all do the same.

Booked them inside of WizzAir website, after I bought a flight to Bucharest. The driver never showed up and nobody answer their customer service phones. Waited for at least 20 minutes (at 3am) and decided to grab a taxi. Someone called back on my phone after 50 min of my arrival (I was at the hotel door already), clearly just waking up, saying he was heading to the airport. They stated I should wait up to 1 hour (a condition that appeared in my receipt, not in the booking process). When I asked for a refund, they just told me I was wrong. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, they showed absolutely no professionalism and any care for a customer. Scammers!

Waste of money. I booked a train transfer by Wizzair for my flight and when I showed up at the station, they told me the ticket is not valid as it doesn't have any barcodes they can scan. Also, it says you need to print your e-ticket... It's not an "e-ticket" if you have to have it on paper. Will never use again, and Wizzair, shame on you.

RIDICULOUS. I bought the ticket as it showed I could choose my bus stop, then they are telling me I have to go to London Victoria even though my stop is 5 stops closer to the airport. You didn't provide me with such information upon buying the tickets. What do you mean no refund??? DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!! The customer service is also rude and behaves as you owe them something. NO INFORMATION about bus stops whatsoever and they tell me if I want to know where the bus stops I can google it. Honestly, keep that money, you will need it once you go bankrupt

Inaffidabili attenzione sono una sola. Luogo di incontro non definito e vago. Non ci sono navette col logo. Ho pagato 120,00 € perso 2 ore senza che si siano presentati e dopo 2 ore abbiamo preso altro vettore. La proposta ci è stata fatta da Expedia alla quale chiederemo i danni
