This time I have decided to write a review for the first time. This service is piece of rubish. I have placed an order for a shuttle service . When I have tried to organize a way back transfer from hotel to the airport they have only offered a 3pm bus but my flight was leaving at 4pm. They said if I am not intrested with this bus I must organize a transport on my own. After complaining to their Costumer service this is what I have received. Please do not use this company that just takes your money and do not care about your transfer times. Reply from their CS for my complain: We are sorry to hear your negative experiences using our service. We are working towards improving our customer experience and appreciate your feedback. You have booked a shared door-to-door service that transports several passengers at the same time, so your pick-up time will be determined by our local partner taking the other passengers into account. We are sorry that this time did not suit you, but this cannot be changed for this service. Please note, in this case refund is not possible. Thank you for understanding.

A total scam. Tried to reserve a shuttle with them via Wizz Air. They accepted the reservation, took my money, and then cancelled the reservation without refund. Have been arguing with customer support for 2 months with no signs of getting my money back

Scam,scam,scam beware. In Budapest customers thinks that terminal 2b is far away from 2a but it's not right they are in the same airport. Don't book transfer. Once you do you will never get refund.

Ho prenotato il trasferimento con più di un mese in anticipo, non ricevendo alcuna biglietto decido di scrivere alla compagnia e, due giorni prima del viaggio, mi informa che l'autobus non è più disponibile. Ho chiesto il rimborso, dopo due mesi non mi è ancora arrivato

My airlines change landing time, at midnight, and P-airbus.com doesn´t work, I,m keep in touch several a lot of times with P-airbus.com by email, it doesn´nt answer. La compañia modifico la hora de salida del vuelo y la llegada al destino es a medianoche y P-airbus.com no opera en ese horario, les intereso que me reintegren el importe pagado y no responden a mis correos.

Avoid at any cost! I wish I had read the reviews on here before booking but I trusted the airline was redirecting me to a trustworthy transfer service! On arrival in Mallorca the shuttle service transfer desk advisor told us there was no bus/driver to take us to the area of the island due to the late hour, it was 10pm. We was told our only option was to get a taxi. Yet a week prior when I reconfirmed the flight times with this company nothing was said and they sent me the e-ticket. I promptly cancelled the entire booking once at the hotel and asked for a full refund. I was hardly likely to trust they would turn up for the return trip! I’m now in the process of trying to get the refund but it’s the same story as faced by everyone else, they are beyond a joke!

Serious scammers that doesn't get back to you when you try and reach them. I tried to book a single trip from the Lech Wałesa Airport and to my hotel. They got back to me and asked for further information, which I gave them, and therefore had to provide my credit card details again. They once again got back to me and asked me for more information, otherwise they couldn't proceed my booking. Once again I gave it to them and put in my credit card details again. After this I got suspicious and read reviews online which lead me to cancel my trip. They accepted the cancellation. Now they have taken my money three times; meaning they took the money everytime I changed my booking (PER THEIR REQUEST) and now they refuse to refund the money because I didn't cancel it on time. I couldn't cancel the orders because I didn't know that they had created three different orders for the same person at the same time on the same date. STAY AWAY FROM THEM
