DDriver no show. Not answering calls. already 2 weeks and cannot recive refund

I wish if i have - 20 for desaster experience, they never arrived or show up.

extremely poor service had to search around for 30 mins to find driver as he couldnt be bothered to come into airport for us then return leg never turned up tried calling number for local driver no answer after several attempts and no reply to messages on whatsapp even though they have been read

I couldn't find a driver, so called their call center. I was informed that due to their mistake driver is not there and I am entitled to a refund. When I filed a complaint I was informed that the driver was there (must have been well hidden since it is a small airport!) and nobody at the call center could have told me that. So I feel treated like a liar or a fool, since their calls are recorded, so should be easy to check. Luckily it was only 5,5 EUR, so I treat it as cost of the lesson not to use this company again.

terrible experience. They rely on third parties transfer service and accept your booking without verifying the third party operating our. I booked a service at 2 a.m., they confirm it but the third party was closed at that time. therefore I had to pay a taxi after waiting 30 minutes!

Pity I have to give them a star just to write a negative review. I prepaid an airport transfer on Wizz Air (their affiliated airline) from Vienna airport to a downtown hotel in Vienna. The shuttle wasn't there upon arrival and I had no alternative but to pay 70 euros for a taxi. Their T & C's guarantee they will turn up or at least refund money paid. Stay away from anything to do with airbus or Wizzair. They really are as bad as their reputation.
