I am writing this to warn other collectors to stay far away from selling to this store. I agreed to sell a collection of 103 Disney Funko Pop vinyl figures and packed and shipped them exactly to the letter of their instructions. Almost immediately upon arrival, they cut their original offer completely in half. To justify slashing the price by 50%, they claimed they inspected each figure and found that they had been opened and were covered in a layer of dust. This was a 100% fabricated lie. When I rejected their lowball offer and forced them to ship my boxes back, they arrived with my original packing tape completely intact. The boxes were never even opened, let alone re-taped by their team. They fabricated a false 'inspection' report to justify a bait-and-switch tactic. Something is extremely fishy with how this business operates. Do not trust them with your collections.

Use this company, Ozone Toys, at your own risk! Take a video of yourself packing your items and taking the package(s) to the post office and having the carrier scan them so you have proof you did not send them any damaged items and the packaging was good and not damaged. If you can also ask the carrier to send a picture of what the package looked like when they delivered it to Ozone Toys if that’s even possible to do. I’m saying to take all these extreme precautions because Ozone Toys will claim you mailed them damaged items and give you .25 cents for each “damaged’ item that you supposedly sent them even though that item was in great new condition and if you challenge them on this they will tell you to make a claim with the post office that the package was delivered damaged. This company is lying to make money off of your items. This is exactly what happened to me. Ozone toys knows what they’re doing to get away with this scam because how is and how can anyone prove they did not send them a damaged item or the carrier did not deliver a damaged package? Ozone Toys takes advantage of trusting innocent people, their customers, and that is a terrible situation to put their customers in. What is the world coming to that people build a company to specifically resort to the disgusting act of stealing from their trusting customers. Fraud is rampant, more than ever before, and it’s such a sad and mortifying situation to be in. When I originally bought my items I paid for them with my own money that I worked legitimately hard to earn and now that I decided to sell them and found a company to sell them to, only to end up getting them stolen is absolutely discomforting. It gets harder and harder to come across trustworthy companies.

They have gotten worse about marking items down once they receive them. I’ve dealt with them a lot in the past so I made sure to send items that were not damaged and packed well. They still found reason to cut more than half off their original offer and bring it below their free shipping minimum so they charged me for that too. I will never use them again. It was a waste of my time this go around.

They are a bunch of thief, scamers and lieyers. They kept my supposedly damage pops after I told them that I was going to file a lawsuit against them. They blocked me and after they blocked me they said that I agree to what they send me. I been asking for my funko pops rhat supposedly were damage and they don't answer back. I got something for their punks ass.

This situation was resolved 10/30/22...item was completely refunded and advertised item was corrected. I am satisfied with results .. ty ozone
