OzarkeReviews of ozarke.com

I’m absolutely in love with my Zen Floor Lamp from Ozarke! The design is stunning – a perfect combination of modern elegance and natural charm. The quality is outstanding, with solid iron, beautiful wood accents, and a soft linen shade that creates the most calming, warm glow in my living room. It instantly transformed the atmosphere of my space, making it feel cozy yet sophisticated. You can truly tell this piece was thoughtfully designed and expertly crafted. Ozarke has definitely exceeded my expectations – I’ll be coming back for more of their beautiful lighting and décor pieces!

Fast replies and super clear instructions. I felt confident installing the light myself.

We ordered seven Ozarke Lights. They are of excellent quality. After about four months we ended up having trouble with one of the lights. I expected it would be very difficult to get customer service to respond to a warranty request. I was VERY wrong. Ozarke customer service is outstanding. They were extremely responsive to emails. They resolved our warranty claim very timely. I'm impressed! It is hard to find a business these days that is so responsive to customer inquiries.

Very happy with this company. Everything arrived quickly and in great condition.

Great quality and beautifully designed products. Very happy with my experience.

I bought twice from Ozarke and both times I had a great experience. The products arrived quickly and looked even better in person!

Update: Ali at Ozarke turned this entire situation around and gave me complete faith in this upscale brand. He's an outstsnding ambassador for this designer. He took complete ownership of the issue and made everything perfect. Ozarke did not want me to have a negative opinion about their brand or their products. They ensured that I was made beyond whole so that I can be a satisfied, lifelong customer. Their items themselves are top notch. Their customer service manager Ali is beyond outstanding. Order from them with confidence. You'll be pleased and others will admire your good taste. First (and only) order with Ozarke. Lamp arrived obviously used but was still prepared to accept. However, it's a tripod lamp and one of the three segments of one of the legs is missing its thread so there is no way to attach it. I called immediately and customer service seemed very confused. She kept saying "you need us to send you screws?". Then she asked "What do you want to do?". I asked "What do you suggest?". She said "Well you can return the item but you'll have to pay the shipping ". I said this is outrageous. Now they've asked for an email with photos (which I've sent) and they're arguing that I damaged this lamp! No.....I suspect some other poor soul received this 2.5 legged tripod lamp and returned it and they just shipped it off to me! Avoid this company.

Stylish, slim standing lamp with lots of light functions. Works well and looks good.
