I recently ordered four floor lamps. They are beautiful and EXACTLY as described. I had a technical issue with two of them and the customer support was phenomenal. They promptly responded to my concerns and asked me to submit pictures and a video. I did and they had it reviewed. The quickly replaced my lamps!! I was so pleased to do business with a company that stands behind its products and values the customer experience!! I am a customer for life and highly recommend them for your lighting needs.
