I had an issue with a lamp I purchased and Moe, a customer service agent was responsive and greatly assisted getting my problem resolved.

Unique floor to ceiling lamp with warm round light is a conversation starter and enhances our dining room ambiance greatly. Easy to install by two people and a space saver compared to many floor lamps.

The screws to put my lamp together were missing, which of course is going to happen from time to time with any product. I called customer service, they answered right away, told me they'd have the screws on the way the next day, and would keep me updated. And that's exactly what they did. They emailed me when the screws were on the way, they arrived in just a few days, and we put our lamp together. Outstanding customer service and a very high quality product.

Fantastic customer service!! I have ordered multiple items from this business and everything has been of superb quality and craftsmanship. I had a bowl that was broken due to shipping. They replaced it me questions asked! Really appreciate a business who cares!

my sconces had unique bulb requirements. the manufacture (CLI) didn't have any details on the bulb, nor accurately provide input from their "head of customer support". I reached out to Ozarke support, they were able to provide specifications, locate options etc. Also were able to troubleshoot - avoiding the hassle of returning 1 of the products.

We ordered the Modern Wood Panel and created an accent wall in our living room with a large screen tv and electric fireplace. The panels were solid and top quality. They were also easy to install. We just glued the panels to the wall. Highly recommend this product,
