I’m updating this review due to the prompt and satisfactory customer service I received following the order delays. While the product has not yet arrived, the rep from Ozarke made things right and while I cannot use the product due to contractors completion of the project, the prompt customer service response helps restore some confidence in the company. They also indicated they’ll be updating their website to better reflect accuracy of stock and shipment expectations.

Upon uploading my original review (with one rating that detailed my initial experience with customer service about failed product), I was contacted by Ali (supervisor from customer care). He expressed concern about the initial company response (or lack thereof), and immediately arranged for the replacement of my pair of faulty linear lights, now reflected in my current 4-start rating. The new lights are scheduled to arrive tomorrow. Of course they have to be installed and used before I can assess quality, and whether the original poor pair was an exception or the norm. For this, no review will be submitted until the product is fully tested over several months.
