Cant express what a shame this company is. I ordered 6 outdoor lights and as a "custom order" to have them made with a dusk to dawn sensor installed we agreed to a 30% mark-up. No shipping info sent while I was waiting and 7 weeks later the fixtures arrived with no sensors installed but rather a cheap digital timer that im expected to install. I asked for my $ back as they didn't fulfill there promise and I was told no. Customer service is useless as they have an office that sounds like its outside by a train station every time I call and have to wait to hear from their manager that is overseas. Do not shop here, terrible experience

This is an updated review. I purchased from Ozarke last year, 2025 and have been attempting to resolve the issues they caused since January. What should have been a straightforward resolution has turned into months of delays and unfulfilled promises. In WRITING, Ozarke explicitly confirmed they would issue a FULL refund for the product AND reimburse the cost of a licensed electrician required to correct their mistake. This was not implied — it was CLEARLY STATED and DOCUMENTED, and I have proof of this commitment. I complied with every step requested, provided all required information, and followed up multiple times over an extended period. Despite this, Ozark has FAILED to issue any reimbursement and has now stopped responding entirely. At this point, this is no longer a customer service delay — it is a failure to honor a documented financial commitment. Making written assurances tied to reimbursement and then failing to fulfill them raises serious concerns about how this company handles responsibility and customer obligations. I have maintained a complete and organized record of all correspondence, timelines, and photographic evidence supporting this! If this matter continues to be ignored, I am fully prepared to pursue formal escalation through consumer protection channels and expand public documentation of this situation across additional platforms. Consumers should proceed with EXTREME CAUTION. A company’s INTEGRITY is defined by whether it stands behind its own written commitments — and in this case, that standard has NOT been met.

They took my money and never sent the lamp, need I say more?

Cheap products. Horrible customer service. Ordered units that were not in stock. After they never showed after weeks had to reach out to ticket status to be informed, they don’t even have those products in stock for another month or so. Customer Service is obviously not US base because there’s a massive language barrier that made it almost impossible to deal with when the alternate product showed up they are cheaply made one didn’t even work. Their refund policy is complete BS as when we ask for an exchange they wanted me to reinstall the unit to show it didn’t work via video uninstall it then send it back. Don’t waste your time with this company.

Ordered light switch dimmer switches which are beautiful and well made. The two way switches didn't work for us and we tried to exchange them for three way switches but never heard back from sales department. Either way they made us pay for return shipping and a 10% restocking fee even though the switches never came out of their packaging. Would never work with this company ever again.

Outdoor lights are poor quality. Black Finish faded and rusted. The LED's and power supplies burned out on 5 of 7 lights bought. Just out of warranty so company would not do anything expect give discount to buy more junk lights. Why would I do that? I decided to buy parts and reuild them bc I liked the style and had holes in my siding that are specific to them. I come to find out that the lights were not made with outdoor rated LED's or power supplies. At over $200 each, I expect better than a light that only lasted 1.5 years.

This company admits admits (via email and customer service) thier website pictures are not An accurate representation of thier product. If you order from them expect to get a slightly different product from what they are showing on thier website. They are very decieiving and not to be trusted. The product I received was clearly different and they tried gaslighting me into thinking that it isn't. Now they want to charge a restock fee and return shipping for a product that is only slightly similar Not the actual product. And when you call you'll be speaking to someone in the Philippines not Texas like they're trying to assume. This website claims they manufacture in Texas and it's a bold lie. The products come from China and they are very cheaply made. Having to pay a restock fee for something that isn't what they're portraying on thier site is diabolical. They use very loose terms on thier site in order to deceive the consumer. Buyer beware. They are a very shady and decietful business. Do yourself a favor and ignore the positive reviews because those are not to be trusted. O stars if I could.

Received the product and the bolts that hold it together do not reach the platform that they need to be attached to. Useless now.
