I’m redecorating one of my bathrooms. I ordered one of the many beautiful light fixtures from Ozarke. It came quickly and in good condition. However, I discovered it just wouldn’t work in my bathroom. When I contacted Samantha about it, she was very helpful in my returning it and getting me a rapid refund.

Own two lighting products from this company and couldn't be more thrilled with both results and the service. Both arrived in excellent packaging and in condition. Due to third party issues with an app + wifi, I struggled with one light's connection and operation. After some time I emailed support and had near immediate response AND a fix for my problem. Within minutes, the light was up and running. Spent the rest of my afternoon playing with the features! Looking forward to ordering more of the same for my house!

Great customer service! UPS said my package was delivered but it was not. I contacted Ozark and they got right on it. I was able to locate it on my own but Ozark stayed in touch by email the whole time. I can't review my purchase yet because it is not installed but I will once that happens.
