Great customer service

Kudos to Anna! I experienced two light fixtures that became defecive near the end of the warranty period. I had very efficient communication with Anna who was responsive and helped me with the process to replace the lights. She was a delight to work with, and I’ll be speading the good word about Ozarke and Anna to my friends and neighbors who are looking for lighting.

I purchased some outdoor modern linear lights from Ozarke. They were a custom order because I made them wider than the standard 3" width. I did have an issue with the lights when they arrived so I emailed customer service and Alex was more than helpful and took care of correcting the issue. So happy with the lights, and more importantly, I was pleasantly surprised to get great customer service from the Ozarke team. It was a great customer service experience; especially when customer service seems to be lacking in so many businesses these days.

10/10 great company. Would recommend
