I had a unique request regarding my order, where I needed the product to be held for a very specific amount of time after purchase prior to delivery. The support team was able to accommodate my needs without issue and were flawless in their execution of my request. The product itself is fantastic and I have already received compliments on its quality and aesthetics. I plan to purchase again in the near future.

Great customer service. I ordered two floor lamps and once arrived damaged by ups but the customer service team was very quick in sending a replacement. Great quality and very reasonable pricing, will be back for sure.

I couldn’t believe the price, I thought I was going to receive a cheap chandelier but the quality was wow. Shipped fast too

From start to finish, the customer service made sure my ordering process was smooth! Ozarke has been the only online retailer that has shown they truly care about their customers. Thank you Ozarke - I look forward to working with you in all my future real estate builds!

Shady since I was trying to get to the check out screen and it did a pay now. When I ask for a cancelation, they charged a 10% fee. Terrible practice. Edit: Customer service reached out to me to rectify the situation since it was a cancelation on an accidental order and waived fee. Good job!
