Can not understand why the air pressure is so light compared to my inogen uniy and my home unit. I can run those at 2 and 2.5 but must turn yours up to the max 9??

Took 7 days to ship from a California Warehouse. Thats inexcusable. Then Another 7 day for the warehouse to Ohio... This is a medical device Not a Gameboy. When ppl order these its needed ASAP..

It was easy to order and arrived early. The only downside was I didn’t get the $20 gift card or the batteries for the remote. I use it every night and it works great. I got the$20 “GIFT CARD”it’s only good in there store.

Ordered my O2 concentrator on April 28, now on May / 28, all I have is a long list of excuses, apologies, explanations, and no O2 concentrator.. I'm hoping to change my feedback.. however, so far it is more like a slapstick comedy than a real company.. GOT IT !!!. I finally received my O2 concentrator 32 days after ordering it...with another apology blaming inventory problems. Oxygensolve offered me a $30 "partial refund"....for the "inconvenience" of waiting 32 days for my medically needed device. They also asked me to remove my negative feedback... The O2 concentrator works well, is solidly built, and I am happy with it. I might buy more from them . I hope they fixed their "logistics problems"

The unit functions well but I purchased the optional 16 cell battery as it was advertised to provide 6 hours of use time. I barely get 3 hours out of it even after charging overnight.

I ordered a home concentrator, Order #18649 and decided to return it. They received my return on January 29th. I've been emailing trying to ask when I can see the return credited to my account and no one will get back to me. Frustrating
