I ordered my sister a portable. Put in her shipping address and it came to me!!! I had to spend $51 dollars to get it to her! Check your shipping address before purchasing. They were unable ti assist!!

Wrong batteries

My complaint is the same as many others, slow delivery. Company web site says delivery 3 - 5 business days. I placed my order JUL 29. We needed the device by AUG 6th because we were leaving for a trip the next day. I received an order acknowledgement JUL 29 at 11:43AM, then a shipping notification same day at 1:45PM with a FEDEX tracking number. I checked the shipping progress 2 days later, JUL 31, only to find out the package hadn't been given to FEDEX yet? It was not entered into their system until next day, AUG 1st. Then they gave a delivery date of AUG 9th to ship a package from CA to Western Pennsylvania? It ended up being delivered late in the day on AUG 10. The package has never been opened as of today AUG 17. I sent one email to the info@ address on AUG 5th asking for a return label and a full refund because of late delivery and did not get any reply. I sent a second today, AUG 17, asking for the same thing. We'll see what happens. Their web site says there is a restocking fee for returning used equipment but ours was never used. Again we'll see what happens. UPDATED AUG 20 I have not heard back from OxygenSolve as of today. I'll resend another email. UPDATED SEP 2 This will be my last update. On AUG 20 I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I explained, in detail, what had happened regarding the shipping terms mentioned on the web site and when the package was eventually shipped and delivered. Later that day I was issued a full refund on my charge. Also that same day I was contacted by OxygenSolve for the first and only time. Their email asks to explain why I wanted to return the unit and, once I did, they would send a return address label. I did explain - but that is the last time I ever heard from them. I have tried to contact them 2 more times last week (AUG 24 and 28) and have gotten no reply. I can't say anything good or bad about the product because it has never been used. The box it was shipped in has never been opened.

In my opinion this company is a scam. Ordered two machines, one portable and one home one. Received both neither worked correctly. Emailed the company and stated what was wrong with both in detail with pictures of the model/serial numbers on the machines and wanted to return them and get a refund. I have just gotten the run around and now they do not even answer my emails. The customer service number, when you look it up is for three different companies selling the same thing. You can never get through to them, the recording states they will call you back, never do. I just lost over $800. Lanora Ovino

Ordered a machine. It was not what we thought and have requested to return. They indicated they would be we could exchange. Product we would exchange with is cheaper than purchased and they indicated they would not refund the difference. So we have requested to return. Customer service is NOT responding. Seems like the company is a scam. Interestingly, they replied to this review which I have emailed to them, but are not responding to my emails.

Hi i order a Charger for Portable Oxygen Concentrator NT-03/NT-05 × 2 for my 84 year grandma and its been 2 weeks and i haven received it yet been calling to the company and no answer been calling customer service they dont answer.

This company is a scam I ordered an oxygen concentrator from Oxygensolve and gave them my payment info The email stated they would send me a receipt blah blah They hit my bank account for $279 no further emails ? When i looked up their number supplied by the info it was 1 201 555 5555 I stopped payment and now have to get a new card Pain in the ass don't order from them they will take your money and screw you..I personally wound not trust the so called "Reviews" either. They are probably bogus It doesn't stand to reason they could get good reviews if they are scamming people Their website looked legit, but I should have checked to see if they have a phone number and contact email first Mark in Austin Tx

Product ordered w/3/5 days delvry!! What a joke!!! Trying to contact alleged customer service is an absolute nitemare. Its 1 wk since order placed and they were paid $399.00 and no product or answers. I have contacted my attorney and Pa. better business bureau hoping for some kind of results. I will never buy anything from them again. BUYERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
