It's early in our relationship to make a definitive judgement but preliminary review suggests good customer relations and for me, that's a major feature.

Very happy with my OxygenPlus concentrator. It is just like the one I have been "renting" for several years. This purchase will save me a lot of money in the future, and pay for itself in 6 months.

Thank you for your review! As a cost saving measure to be able to offer this equipment at its lowest price, we do not include any extras unless purchased. You are prompted to order them a la carte upon checkout so you can ensure you receive exactly what you need, and don't receive anything you do not need!
