Do not shop here. This company does not honor their warranty and refuses to give refunds when they’re clearly in the wrong. It’s beyond frustrating, it’s disgusting. My father has been in and out of the hospital for the past 4 years, and instead of showing even an ounce of decency or compassion, this company chose to take advantage of the situation and rip him off for thousands of dollars. On top of that, they are completely deceitful, claiming their oxygen concentrators are “medical grade” when they are absolutely not. That kind of false advertising is dangerous, especially for people who genuinely rely on this equipment for their health. They don’t care about their customers, they don’t stand by their word, and they will screw you over if given the chance. This isn’t just bad business, it’s unethical and predatory. Avoid them at all costs.

The products are easy to use and give me the oxygen I need to think clearly and be more engaged. The portable machine is excellent for going out to my appointments or just to lunch with a friend. I received almost everything, but the extra bag I ordered for the portable NT 05 did not come. I guess it got lost in the wash. Anyway, I received everything else and am pleased with the home oxygen machine, all the accessories, and the portable machine. Thank you very much.
