Hello, first ,I want to say thank you, your company was a God send, when I needed a portable oxygen for my husband. And the payment plan was great, however I've noticed ony bank statement I've only received$79 payment... I thought I'd get my deposit back also????? Thank you for helping Eloise Loos.

I just found that the concentrator is a bit too heavy for me. As far as the oxygen delivery, it helps me immensely, especially while wearing a mask. The customer service has been great, I love the protective case that came with it, and the packaging and delivery was excellent.
