Quick response to an important question.

Easy to contact. I get Fast and direct answers.

Appreciated the swift response from customer service regarding my concern.

I asked a question regarding integration of recommendations with TradeSmith's tools. The question was forwarded to Alex Green, who replied that he didn't agree with the other perspective and shared that he nailed his recommendation. I was extremely happy to learn that he had consulted TradeSmith's information. I don't mind that he had a different opinion (which turned out to be correct). My satisfaction was related that he was reviewing the tools and provided a quick response to me. Couldn't have been a better experience. Thanks to all involved!

Fast and clear response to my inquiry regarding expense ratios.

Hannah was very pleasant to work with and solved my issue quickly and gave me information about how to solve similar issues in the future. Great customer service.
