Hannah was quick to respond and bring my question to Alex. Alex responded with a thorough explanation of the topic that was up for discussion, and I had more knowledge than I did before, and information to take me to stage two thinking on the subject :). It was all most appreciated.

A response the next day from Hannah that she submitted my question to Marc was appreciated. While I would have appreciated a quick answer to the question, I know many other people will benefit from the answer so waiting for Marc to answer in one of his Q&A's makes sense.

I recently subscribed to Alexander Green’s Microcap Trader service at the Oxford Club. I did so relying on his exceptional experience, credibility and track record. Soon after subscribing to the service I submitted a question to the Oxford Club regarding a particular aspect of the Microcap Trader. I received a timely and very comprehensive email reply from Hannah Green (Member Experience Coordinator at the Oxford Club). The very pleasant tone of her email and the thoroughness of her reply left me with a very favourable impression of Hannah and of the Oxford Club. She made me feel like a member of a club and not just the purchaser of a service. For understandable reasons I can’t expect to communicate directly with Alexander Green, much as I would like to. So people like Hannah who deal directly with members are in many ways the face of the Oxford Club and can create either positive or negative impressions of it. Kudos to Hannah for creating a very positive impression of herself and the Oxford Club with me. She is a credit to the Oxford Club and a blessing to its members. I hope to communicate with Hannah again in the future if I have further questions and, if not with her, with someone else at the Oxford Club who measures up to Hannah’s high standards of member service. SCAM! DO NOT BUY SUBSCRIPTION! I watched the infomercial video and thought the information was interesting so I decided I wanted to become a member for $99 a year. They actually charge my credit card three times today and the total amount was almost $900!!! This is a total scam!!! I read on trust pilot that there are also bad reviews complaining about charges and not providing refunds. RUN!

Hi A. P., We are sorry to hear there was some confusion with your Oxford Club purchase. Our order forms have multiple subscription level options, with lifetime (a subscription for life) being the most expensive. We do offer a full money back guarantee and have reached out for your account info, but have not heard back. For further assistance with your account, please reach out to our Member Services team at 866-237-0436. Sincerely, Hannah G. Member Experience Coordinator The Oxford Club

In the past my comments or enquiries were met with generalised statements this is the first time the issue has been dealt with directly.
