I purchased UPSP Priority Sbilping…
I purchased UPSP Priority Shipping, which I paid extra for, which is only one of the two shipping options available. The other is regular USPS shipping. It's been a week and I still haven't received my case. Since the delivery was so long I will be returning this one. My recommendation is to offer other shipping methods other than USPS. They are bottom of the barrel when it comes to shipping.

Love the look of my new leather watch…
Love the look of my new leather watch band but not happy with its function. One of the loops holding the strap in place after buckling is too loose and will not stay on the strap. Wrote to customer service but have not received a reply.

buyer beware
the object provided appears to be high quality, but the company hasn't replied to my email re: return re: wrong item....i have received multiple spam emails daily and now have an item i can't use and no information on how to return it

Bah humbug
I ordered on Sunday before Christmas which was on Saturday this year. You offered expedited freight for an additional charge which should have allowed my gift to be here prior to Christmas. While I understand you have no control over the freight companies you knowingly took an additional amount of money anyway with no guarantee I would receive my product in an expedited mode. All week long the updates stated I would have it on Friday the 24th until Friday afternoon when it switched to Monday the 27th. It was delivered on Monday the 27th, after Christmas. I was specifically looking for one last gift that could be here in a week, you offered and failed. I feel like it was just a gimmick to get an additional amount of money for nothing. As I am all about honesty and integrity, despite a great product, this will be my last ever order based on your shady ethics.

Paying for express delivery and having Oxa send it through USPS is a joke - would come faster by mule train!
