I read many reviews before purchasing the twist band. Color is great, matches my Starlight watch case well, shipping was fast. I HATE the band. I have very small wrists so I wrap the band around and select the tightest setting. Without fail, allllll day long the strap tightens on the additional loop and loosens on the strap holding the watch case. Not only is this uncomfortable, but it causes the watch to not be flush against my wrist so then it locks and I don't receive notifications or any of the other features. I tried wrapping it different ways and it would not stay. While this band looks fashionable, it is not functional at all.

i like the item, especially my engraved name. what i have issue with are the numerous whitish blemishes. i keep rubbing them with my hands in hopes of darkening the blemishes. not sure how this got past your QC.

Really like the look and structure of the case. Feels solid nice raised edge around camera lens area. Just disappointed that I have to remove the entire case to charge wirelessly. Extremely inconvenient.

The product was high quality but too bulky for me. The reason for 3 stars is having to ask twice for return procedures. The reply below is a lie.

Not sure how to rate, still have not received item

So let me start off by saying I LOVE this case… However my case was delivered with residue on the leather that is from the packaging. This wouldn’t be a problem but it won’t wash out. Other than that the phone case is great, I love the magnetic separation feature (I discovered today the whole case will stick to a magnetic fridge with the iPhone mini inside). There’s ample room for cards (Can’t fit too much cash but that not an issue for me). The through case call quality is quite good. And the overall look is very clean and minimal. Besides from my residue complaint, my only other critique would be the minimal amount of camera protection, but a well protected camera is hard to come by in a sleek case such as this one. Rating would be 4 or 5 if weren’t for the packaging error.
