Disappointed in the bill service for Directv. It was a timing call and a promoting was running out when the can was made. My bill was never lowered yet I was still charged almost$100 because the promotion was continued. It's a 5 minute phone call that I'm out money for because of timing. I asked if there was anyway my bill could be reduced because of the timing of the call and I was still subject to paying the entire bill. I feel cheated over this. As far as property taxes, there seems to be no issue. I appreciate the reduction in my taxes.
