My husband and I are first time home owners. We were building a home that had an end loan. We initially went with the builder’s preferred loan partner; however, as we were a few weeks out from closing, the loan officer did not provide us with a timely loan estimate from the bank, leaving us unable to lock in our rate as the rates increased daily. The rate was extremely high and we were essentially forced to buy 3 points. I learned about OwnUp on social media and filled out an application. Ryan called me and connected me with a different bank. We were able to secure a rate that we were happy with and closed on the house. We 100% recommend Own Up to everyone who is actively looking to purchase a home or refinance.
