When I decided that it was time to move I was very cautious about the entire process due to past experience, but when I reached out to Own Up. Jenn contacted me and helped ease my concerns about the entire process and helped get me pre-qualified within a few minutes. Jenn also put me in contact with an outstanding Real Estate Agent and when I found the right house she helped me get the mortgage process rolling. Because of Jenn's help this was the easiest and painless time I ever had in buying a house. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a new home to contact Jenn at Own Up

As a first-time home buyer, I had endless questions about the process. Jordan and Olivia at Own Up were so patient with me, and always prompt with their knowledgeable replies. It would have been a much more complicated process without their help and expertise.

Own Up has a different and less costly approach to home financing, and Own Up's Jessica Harmon is a delight to work with. She knows the business; is on time; and provides understanding and helpful service each step of the way

I contacted a couple mortgage companies myself, but OwnUp found the best rate by far, saving me time and money. They were easy to work with and I’m very happy with my 3% fixed rate mortgage!

Easiest process ever! Spoke to Ryan, got the quotes with breakdowns and details via email shortly after. He was available for any questions I had, very transparent process with no surprises. I felt very comfortable. Was able to secure a lower interest rate and shorten our mortgage to term. Highly recommend Own Up!

Initially I'm like what is this website claiming to help the people who aren't well versed in real estate or loans and how it all works? I truly can't believe how easy it was to refinance my home through Own Up. I am single and work a ton of hours and just never seemed to find time to sit down and shop for rates and banks and the headaches were enough to make me push it off. I talked to Tehri at Own Up. She showed me the rates and how the points offered by the banks are basically free money towards closing. I chose not the option with the lowest interest rate but the one that would literally cover most of my fees. I know I saved a ton of money and took a huge step to paying my home off 2x faster. Thanks so much Tehri for the initial push to go for it! I was not paid for this review.. I am simply amazed how awesome the whole process works and want to tell everyone to try it

Molly with OwnUp was great! She gave me multiple loan quotes without having to do a hard pull on my credit. Not only did she give me options, but she gave me the best terms with the best rate and the biggest lender credit out of all of the loans I shopped. I was very pleased with the service and the level of attention I received from Molly and the lending team at Mutual of Omaha. I would recommend OwnUp to anyone looking to buy or refinance!

Great experience compared to traditional banks. We purchase our Miami House using Own up.
