FIRST EXPERIENCE: My husband and I worked with Mike to secure financing for our new house. As first time home buyers we had a ton of questions and needed guidance throughout the entire process. Mike was insanely responsive and helpful. Often during the process we found ourselves in time sensitive situations and we were confident we'd always hear back from Mike. We looked into two other companies for mortgage rates and they both came back higher than OwnUp. I loved the ability to create your own offer letter automatically vs. waiting on someone to create the PDF for you. The way closing costs were broken down also really helped us understand what were were getting into and was really similar to what we ended up paying. OwnUp's partnership with a law firm also helped us by saving us time shopping around and even our realtor was impressed with the pricing. I highly recommend OwnUp and will be spreading the word to family/friends in the area! SECOND EXPERIENCE: We used Own Up to secure an initial mortgage in 2019 and as rates have continued to dip made the choice to refinance. Own Up regularly sends communication about market status and makes it so easy to get started/restarted. This time we worked with Olivia who was super responsive and helpful, we couldn’t have asked for a better advocate. The lender process (Success Mortgage Partners) was easy and they patiently fielded a lot of questions from us as we thoroughly reviewed each item. We highly recommend Own Up.

While searching for financing, my realtor gave me 3 names of lenders to speak with. Over the course of several days I had 2 offers (one was no longer in business). After speaking with Own Up's John Thomas for 5 minutes, I had 12 offers sorted in a manner that I didn't even need to review anything more than the top 2. More over, most of the offers were much better rates than the individual lenders I initially worked with. Own Up is the way of the future. They saved me a tremendous amount of time and money.
