Working with Own Up was the best decision we made. Mark made the whole process easy and checked in with us every step of the way through closing. Own Up made finding the best rates easy and we were able to save over $200 per month on our mortgage costs when we were finished with the refinance. After previously refinancing with a traditional mortgage broker, this experience put that one to shame. I would recommend Own Up to anyone looking to refinance.

We waited years to refinance. The thought of having to go through the process was justification enough to pay a higher interest rate. Then I remembered about an ad that I had seen a while back about a Tech company that made the mortgage process easier. I figured I would give it a try. They didn't disappoint. Yefri our Advisor was incredible, thorough and so helpful. The process was quick and we closed 30 days almost exactly to the day that I filled out our contact form. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.

This is my second time using OwnUp to find a mortgage for our home, and I've been really pleased each time. We were able to secure a great interest rate due to the relationships that OwnUp has with a local Credit Union. We would not have been able to afford our new mortgage in this market otherwise.

They were also very responsive and gave advice on how to best go about buying a house from family members, including gift of equity and how to avoid excess taxes on my family. I was totally unfamiliar with Own Up but I hit a snag with the Mortgage Company I had initially engaged. I was in a time crunch and started a search to find someone else to work with. I was under a time crunch so things were stressful. My research on Own Up seemed promising. What sealed the deal for me was a half hour phone call with Evan Moyer going over my circumstances. I felt at ease after this. He had several recommendations for mortgage brokers and even ranked them for me. I ended up choosing his top choice and had a great experience. I did indeed get a lower interest rate and lower closing costs in addition to a quicker closing process. Mr Moyer followed up with me at several points in the process and I greatly appreciated that. I would highly recommend Own Up to anyone.

The dashboard was such a helpful tool while we searched for homes, we always got prompt answers, and they were generally very helpful. P.s. my experience was in 2020/2021 but I couldn't choose before 2023
