I worked with Sarah and had an amazing experience the whole way through. Sarah concisely explained what would otherwise be very challenging concepts about the mortgage application process. She also provided honest and objective feedback when we were comparing her quotes with others. The prequalification process was streamlined and quick and we were able to shop amongst very competitive rates. Sarah would check back in at pre-determined times rather than calling every day like other brokers. Overall, truly a great experience and would recommend to others, especially first time homebuyers such as myself.

They are great, professional, fast, and very effective. I came to them in a last minutte, purchasing contract was already signed, and the lender i was working at kept on changing rate every 5 hours and keep on delaying to lock rate for me in order to trap me in a higher rate. I was desperated and decided to give own up a try and be suprised with their effectiveness. They locked the rate for me in 30 minutte. During the whole procedure, they are very responsive and supportive. Such a great experience.

Very helpful, good rate and transparent

We started the Mortgage process without Own up. It was a NIGHTMARE! In the end, I am thankful because it brought us to our partnership with Own up. They were able to match us with an incredible lender and got us a rate much lower than we had previously locked in. Save yourself time and start with Own Up. I can't recommend them enough.

I found Own Up through some of their online ads. I was initially a bit skeptical and did some digging in their reviews before going ahead and making my account. I spoke with Mark who walked through the different aspects of their process and different fees associated with the process. The transparency and knowledge that he was able to offer was steps above others that I was working with. He shed light on a lot of things that seemed to be swept a bit under the rug by others I was working with. The variety of loan options and lenders to research and choose from was also incredibly helpful. It provided a lot more flexibility than going with just a singular bank.

Own up was extremely straightforward and helpful. Our agent provided excellent t service and served as the middleman so we didn't receive hundreds of calls from lenders.
