Our experience with OwnUp was so smooth and easy. They walked us through every step of the process, were great about maintaining contact as we navigated different steps, and secured an excellent rate for us, all while making sure we understood what exactly was taking place.

I had originally looked into this website because I was interested in refinancing and I was shopping around for different rates. I had put in my information expecting them to sell my info but before I knew it I was on the phone with a representative explaining my rate options. It was so easy that many times throughout the process I thought I was being scammed. There was communication back and forth throughout the process with the loan officer, and before I knew it the closing was scheduled within 6-8 weeks of first applying. The attorney even came to do the closing in my own home, which was great because I have a newborn. Within a week my refinance had been processed, my previous loan fulfilled, and I had a check in my hand. I finally realized it was real when my previous mortgage was paid off. Will be using this company again on future investments.

OwnUp acts like a "real business" and sets appointments for calls, doesn't harass prospects, and seems to just want to help. This most recent refi started with an email telling me that they might have a refi offer I would be interested in. It was like having a friend contact me with inside information. I had a few questions, and those questions were answered, and boom... we're on our way to a lower interest rate.

Own Up found the best lender for me. Their agent was never pushy and she did an excellent job of selecting about a dozen lenders. She then helped me narrow it down to the one that best suited my needs based on the criteria I had provided. I am super happy with my final choice.
