Own UpReviews of ownup.com

Great company. Easiest and quickest I've ever closed. Closed at the rate quoted on day one. Every person we were in contact with was professional and friendly. Planning to send all my friends and family to Own Up.

This is the way it should work... was easy. I felt ownup staff was on my side. Got a great rate. Great easy process. Wish all loans worked this way.

The rate was the best and great service

I had spent a few months calling banks I knew, and never found the great mortgage rates I had been hearing about in the news. I had about given up when I heard about Own Up through an NPR article. I booked an appointment with Oscar the next day, and now, 2 months later, have closed on the refinance of my house at a great rate! Thank you to Oscar for making this such a smooth, and cost-saving experience!!

I would definitely recommend own up to others seeking a mortgage. My rep Matt was awesome. He checked in with me every week, gave good advice, and was an organized communicator with all the parties involved. I appreciate that Own Up did the comparison shopping for me, and the ability to create my own custom pre-approval letters on the fly was key, since I did have to submit multiple offers in this market! The lender I wind up using worked out beautifully. Thank you!

My wife and I heard about Own Up from a friend who had a great experience with them. We are so glad we used them too, as Jenn guided us through the process and helped match us up with a lender and a great rate. Highly recommend!

We tried OwnUp on a bit of a whim while we were negotiating with our bank and previous mortgage provider on a refinance. It was painful going through the process the traditional way and we were hitting a slow spot, so we thought it couldn't hurt to try something new. Yefri was our representative and after a quick form and meeting with him, he was giving us a set of daily rates in different configurations, most of them met or beat the rates we worked hard to get from the traditional avenues. Yefri would update the OwnUp custom offers daily, and even reconfigured the list for us a time or two. It was a big help, and now we are super happy having chosen Mutual of Omaha through OwnUp as our refinancing company! We really didn't think the offers would be this easy and so much better, and were pleasantly surprised. We will be back next time we buy or refinance! Thank you, OwnUp!

Words words words am I right?. Not in this case. I recently closed on a house (investment property) (#firstworldproblems) using Own Up. Own up served as a concierge of sorts for my real estate deal. I had only recently heard about them prior to purchasing this new home. I came across this house and was looking to buy it along with everyone and their brother. Not knowing what own up was about or what they could do I reached out. I was thrown instantly into the home buying experience. Once I connected with Steve from Own up a lot of things began to come together quickly. I questioned Steve like crazy because Im typically a skeptical person and am not very trusting, (but thats a different review for a different day). In addition, the seller wanted a quick closing, oh and I live out of the state I was purchasing in. What could possibly go wrong?! With all of the things I had going on for this purchase Steve handled business and my concerns during the whole process very well. He constantly checked in with me, made himself available for any questions I had, and made sure everything went smooth between me, my realtor, and the lender. I would highly recommend saving yourself the time and the headache of the run around and just reach out to Own Up if youre considering buying a home. I had a great experience with Steve even though there were a lot more variables and extra details to consider with my specific purchase. I dont typically write reviews (good or bad) unless the experience or product was noteworthy for me. This was a great experience. The end result?! Lets just say I got a house out of the deal. My name is Kevin and I approve this message.
