I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with OwnUp. Their portal detailing the options for different rates and the pros and cons of different terms made me feel very confident in my decision with the lender and terms I ended up going with. From breaking down what factors into your expected monthly expenditure to understanding every aspect of your expected closing costs, both their platform and people (Robert) were great to work with.
