You were presented with our digital experience which includes matching with three prospective lenders, all of which offer competitive rates for your scenario. To assure that our shoppers needs are met, especially in the case when a shopper has an accepted offer and may have time pressure associated with their transaction, we have one of our lenders reach out while maintaining the shopper's ability to opt into additional lenders. We also offer all of our shoppers the ability to speak with our concierge team if they would prefer. Our privacy team has removed your information from our database and all of our lender partners will do the same upon your request.
