Ownerrez has really stepped their support. Since they only offer email support (hopefully phone support someday), timely responses are important. I have been impressed with the folks there, namely Katie and Cam. Both provide thorough answers in the forms of videos that are easy to follow so I can make whatever amendments I need to make on my end, and they also send me to links on their site that offer additional support in the area I need help. I haven't ever been left in a lurch and they have answered all of my questions. Great stuff. I look forward to seeing how OR continues to evolve!

I love the support. I am just starting out and it seems like the company truly cares about their clients. They have been so helpful and are so knowledgeable about their product. I messed up my email at the very start and it was such an easy fix. I really cannot express how important that support is. It is definitely a lot having never used a PMI system before. It is new to me, but they have helped every step of the way and always answer my million questions. They have taken me step by step and they understanding in how overwhelming it can be to someone like me. I have done other trials with other companies and OwnerRez is the only one that has made me feel like I can get it down and really understand how it works. I have a lot more to learn, but I am excited and grateful for their support.

I am using OR for 10+ properties for over 6 years now. I used other PMS in the past and feature wise and price wise, that is the best PMS you can get. The functionality is almost limitless with API integrations (Airbnb, VRBO, BDC and tons more), guest communication (API, SMS, email), Property Management and Statements, door lock integration, free rental agreement e-signature, payment integrations, dynamic pricing integrations and much more. Wordpress integration using their free widgets is flawless and fast. You can also use their hosted website at extra cost if you're not tech savvy. UX may be difficult at first, but you will get used to it very quickly when you begin using it. Support and help documentation are great. They almost explain everything step by step. Support is responsive when you still need help, and tons of discussions on Unofficial Facebook group. We automated everything and saves us a lot of time in managing our units. The templates with dynamic fields, triggers to send them out are 100% flexible. Downtime is great, probably out for a few hours every year but that is over 99% availability.
