Great shirts. The ones on website had an Australian flag and I queried if I could get NZ, no problem and quick reply. Any queries I had were answered quickly on live chat and I am very happy with the product

I hate this company! They are incredibly aggressive at direct marketing yet have the worst production and shipping policies. Instead of using the same carriers every other company uses, they put your product on an Amish farmer's horse cart to wander randomly around the country, often the wrong direction. Their "customer service" simply repeats the same tracking info you can see yourself, with no explanation of why they choose the bizarre shipping method in the first place. And yet they don't stop marketing to you!!!

These are the worst company on the internet they took my order 3 months ago I still don’t have my shirts and now after my order sitting in California for a month they send it to the wrong address

The carrier needs to wait until it arrives at the overseas warehouse to reship it; it takes 3 weeks to 1 month. After that, we resolved the order to a valid address, and now the order has arrived at the USPS facility in Phillipsburg, NJ, 08865 on January 8, 2023, at 12:26 p.m. The item is currently in transit to its destination. Cheap material. I have purchased Hawiian shirts from other suppliers in the past and the material has been of better quality. Purchased a Christmas Tree Music Happiness - Hawaiian Shirt on November 20. Hoping to get it before December 20 to wear while playing at a Christmas concert. Notification of shipment December 2. I had to contact their support about delivery. Shirt did not arrive until December 28. The 7 t0 15 day delivery quoted on their wesite may not be accurate. Also the Medium size I ordered is slightly smaller that expected. Shirt design is as shown on the website.

The biggest concern was delivery time and size ... Although it took some time to get tracking number as you have to wiat until order is picked etc... once it came was pretty good turn around, 13 days order to deivery. Im in Ireland. Sizes are true , i ordered a size up and it was probably unncessary . So worth measuring . Shorts are comfortabe and seem very durable and designs are what you see is what you get essentialy. Some better than others but overall very chuffed. Definately sign up before ordering and reap points etc ...

It took a little longer but was worth it. Customer service was very friendly, helpful, and replied back quick. Shirts are beautiful colors, very comfortable polyester. Great for the price. Will be ordering more.
