Exceptional Service from Andrew Feikes at Owl Labs
We had an excellent experience working with Andrew Feikes at Owl Labs. Our purchase involved some additional requirements because we are a nonprofit organization and needed to work through tax-exempt purchasing and invoicing rather than a typical online credit-card transaction. Andrew was incredibly responsive, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to understand what we needed, answered my questions quickly, and helped us work through the purchasing process from beginning to end. Once everything was finalized, our Meeting Owls arrived very quickly. What impressed me most was the level of personal attention. I never felt like I was simply being handed off or left to figure things out on my own. Andrew stayed involved and made sure everything was taken care of. We've also been very pleased with the Meeting Owl equipment so far. It's refreshing to have a great product backed by people who are equally committed to providing great customer service. Andrew is an excellent representative of Owl Labs, and I really appreciate everything he did to help us.
