owayo custom sports USAReviews of owayo.com

Quality of the shirts was really good and it turned out the exact same way as I designed it.

I ordered a cycling jersey with a custom design which I created using their "3D Designer" which was very easy to use. However, the sleeves didn't print due to a technical error. But when I contacted Owayo about the issue, they were on the case: they immediately re-printed the jersey and expressed it at no additional cost. The result is quite frankly stunning; absolutely beautiful. Quality of the Jersey itself is excellent- very well made. Jersey sizing guidance was very accurate- it fit as expected. I measure a company by its' customer service- which these days is almost non-existent- except at Owayo. They respond to customer emails promptly and if there's a problem, they put things right with their customer. And the quality is just superlative for the price. Owayo really is a 5 star company. Outstanding product, outstanding service, outstanding company to do business with. Totally recommend Owayo. I was not asked to, nor was I compensated for, writing this review.

Helpful easy to use 3D design tool to customize kits. Shipping was on time, everything okay.
