You had chosen and paid for express shipping, and we shipped on time as promised. Unfortunately, our courier made an error and delivered the package late, which resulted in the jerseys not being delivered by the desired date. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have any control over it. We understand your frustration, but since the package with the jerseys was delivered, we cannot refund the entire order, only the express shipping fees. Please understand that we are not avoiding responsibility; however, when a package is delivered, we are unable to refund the full price, only the express shipping costs if the express delivery failed. Hello Shelley, We’re very sorry to hear that there are issues with the sizing. Please rest assured that we take your concerns very seriously. The reason we ask for a photo of the person who will ultimately wear the jersey is simply because it helps us assess whether it truly doesn’t fit. We understand your point that it’s hard to believe a jersey that fits someone with a 38" chest could also fit someone with a 43" chest. However, chest measurement is not the only factor when it comes to fit. Shoulder width, waist, and upper arm circumference also play an important role — unfortunately, these factors are difficult to fully capture in a size chart. That’s why we sometimes ask for a photo of the person with the given chest measurement wearing the jersey. Fit can vary significantly between individuals. We completely understand that asking for a photo might feel a bit unusual, but we really only need a picture of the upper body wearing the jersey — the face does not need to be visible. In general, our cycling jerseys are designed to be very tight-fitting and aerodynamic — that’s how they’re meant to be worn. Hi Sofia, we’re sorry to hear that the shirt doesn’t fit. In order to look into this further, we’ll need a bit more information from you. Did you refer to our size chart when placing your order? What is the chest measurement of the person who is supposed to wear the running shirt? After being washed at least six times, the shirt may shrink slightly – but only minimally, so we're not sure if that would make a difference in your case. Based on your information, your son is 53 inches (approximately 135 cm) tall, which corresponds to size Junior-S according to our size chart. Therefore, it seems that you have ordered two sizes too large, which explains why the jersey turned out to be too big. We understand that it might be confusing at first glance that we offer two different lines of jerseys for children/youth and adults, especially when the sizes overlap in certain areas. The reason for this is that many youth hockey players are already as tall as smaller adults. To simplify and make ordering more cost-effective for teams and clubs, we offer consistent jersey cuts based on body size, regardless of whether they are children's or adult-sized jerseys. Our size chart is detailed and includes both the exact measurements of the jerseys as well as recommendations for which body size each jersey size fits.
