While we were not able to achieve what I wished, Darren made everything clear, kept me informed, was interested in my needs, and was professional at each encounter. I contacted other providers who spend a lot of money on TV ads. The ads are misleading because you must be near death to make things happen. Geof could not have been better to me. Very patient. I would email him with 'just a couple of questions' and proceed to write several very long messages. He always got right back to me, followed by more messages from me. I really needed this settlement and felt like he was on my side. I just poured my heart out to him. I believed him when he said that he was sorry that it didn't come through and would check up with me to see if anything changed with my medical issues.
