Horrible return policy! Make you are absolutely sure if you purchase anything. If you return anything you are responsible for shipping. It doesn’t matter if the product is absolutely junk or poor quality. I have purchased other things from them without a problem, but was not happy with a bedspread and returned it. Paid over $20 to ship it back. Ridiculous!

I paid a handyman to assemble the item and parts were missing. Box arrived repacked and screws all over the box. Some items were cut open and instructions had no words, only pix. So, as agreed with Overstock rep, The item was returned via UPS and I have the receipt, but next, I received a noticed saying I needed to try this and try that with a Youtube video. But no replacement

I would caution anyone to think twice, and then again before purchasing from Overstock. I purchased 2 of rugs for a total of $114.98. The quality was there, the pattern lovely, it was perfect for my room but for the muted, ugly muddy colors inaccurately portrayed as bright and vibrant. I initiated a return, knowing I would pay $40.00 for the return. Instead they charged me $93.46 for the return. I am beyond livid. I contacted customer service to either get back the rugs I returned or a refund. They claimed they could not do the first and refused to do the second. If you find something you love on Overstock, search for it elsewhere. Save yourself as their greed is more important than their customers.

The retailer sent me a damaged product and is not abiding by their written return policy. I asked for a replacement part and was never informed when that was denied so I opted for a full refund that they originally offered. My concern was they would not tell me who the carrier is, what the tracking number is, or send me the label. My only option was to wait for a pickup that I know zero information on and have no control over, nor can I ship the item out. They said “The refund will be processed with 3-5 business days even if the carrier didn’t pick up the item. If it is past 10 days, you can dispose or donate the item.” I have contacted support four times notifying them that no pickup attempt has been made, three of which I was told that my refund has been issued and to continue waiting. Since it has been over a week, I reached out again and was now told the refund was never issued and they need to receive the product first. Every day I carry out the heavy box with a broken arm and hope that no one steals it which is an issue in my area. I have asked twice for customer service refused to transfer me to a manager and they will end the chat and never transfer me.

I ordered egg chairs from them and they sent me dining table chairs instead. When I tried to return them, it was a hassle. I would not recommend shopping with them.

I ordered patio furniture on overstock, and they cancelled the order on me, saying the item was "out of stock". however, the same item was listed twice, at two prices and the higher priced item was in stock. they are deceptive and unfair in the business practices.

Will never order again. Items are always either flimsy or broken. Waiting over six weeks for a refund on returned items. I will only shop with Wayfair or Amazon from now on.

Horrible company. Do not recommend.
