I have an order that has not shipped. Credit card has been charged. Shipping date is 8 business days after I attempted to cancel order. What sort of establishment cannot cancel shipping an item in 8 business days and charges for an item before actually shipping?

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SENT ME WRONG RUG, TRIED TO RETURN. WANTED 35.00 FOR RETURN LABEL. I SHOULD HAVE READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE. CUSTOMERS HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. IT'S HARD TO GET A HOLD OF ANYONE TO GET BACK TO YOU. I CALLED AND EMAILED AND NEVER RESPONDED. NEVER AGAIN!

I ordered earrings from here and it says 1.5 carats on the picture, but after reviewing and reading the actual item description it says between 1-1.5 carat. This is definitely FALSE advertisement. My earrings definitely look like 1 carat, and are much smaller than what was expected. When dealing with jewelry the variance SHOULD NOT BE .5 difference. I took the earrings to Kay Jewelers and they said this more like 1 carat. I’m extreme disappointed in my purchase. Probably won’t shop here again.
