Stated that the product was authentic verified name brand, and was definitely a replica. Wouldn’t be that big of a deal if it wasn’t actually expensive. Lesson learned!

They randomly canceled my order the day before it was supposed to arrive, which i definitely did not request.

After opening the entertainment center, we discovered there was no assembly instructions or hardware of any kind to put it together. I spent more than 30 minutes on the phone with customer service (the gentleman was very helpful) to find out they have no replacement parts and I will have to repackage and ship the whole thing back. They are sending a new one out, but I'll be waiting another 2+ weeks for the replacement to arrive. Disappointing.
Response from Overstock.comAug 30, 2026
We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with us. We understand your frustration regarding the missing assembly instructions and hardware for your entertainment center. We are truly sorry for the inconvenience and the additional wait time for the replacement. We are actively working to process and ship your replacement order as soon as possible.
