Everything went well with the service from the company; it is the product that did not meet expectations. I had purchased one before and was satisfied, that is why I purchased the mat again. This new one is much thinner and does not allow my desk chair to roll smoothly.

Placed an order in about 20 minutes later it was canceled. Not sure why. It may have been because I reported an order in 2023 as fraud so now I am not permitted to buy anything I think that’s dumb

The table was delivered within the expected timeframe snd carefully packed. The instructions for assembly were clear and all tools, washers snd screws were provided. Instructions for caring for the fir wood are helpful for ensuring longtime enjoyment.
