Very happy with our patio set. Ordered on Saturday & received on Wednesday. Quick turn around. We had to put together 1 couch, 2 chairs & a table & this was the hardest part. The instructions are very unclear & not enough pictures. This was the only thing they need to a Inprove on.

We are sorry to hear about the trouble with your order being sent after the cancellation request was submitted. While we will do our best to stop the shipment, once an order is placed, you have a small window of 60 minutes or less to cancel it before it processes to the warehouse. Once the order processes and is accepted by the warehouse, you may still request cancellation, however the cancellation at that stage is not guaranteed.
