UPDATE: New replacement chandelier was received in about a week. Thanks for good customer service & making me an happy customer. Matches the large Ophelia Chandelier in my dining room & looks so nice in the entrance of my open concept condo. Item was not made properly. 2 out of 3 of the candles were crooked. Customer Service Rep was very nice but I’m still waiting for a replacement.

You shipped the wrong size. Then when I call you are out of stock of that size. Now I have to wait for UPS to pick up and return the rug. In the mean time nobody knows when you will have the right size rug.
