Rug color was washed out
Rug color was washed out. I have a larger version on this rug and it is a richer color. Also, it smelled musty.

Great glasses
The glasses are just what I was looking for. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they originally said they would arrive by Friday and didn't arrive til Monday.

I have ordered 3 rugs from Overstock
I have ordered 3 rugs from Overstock and LOVE them. They are exactly as stated. Plush and thick! I put them down and literally the same day the corners and sides were down and needed no tape to keep them from rolling up. I highly recommend this company!

When I tried to access my order to see…
When I tried to access my order to see the shipping schedule, it indicated I had no order. I called and it finally shipped long after the promised ship date. It arrived from UPS with the box damaged and opened. I realize this portion of the experience with your company is no fault of yours.
