Process was quick. Shipping was a day late ,that was shipping company fault. The product instructions could be more detailed on putting it together.

I really like the design/look/functionality of this shoe storage bench. Delivery was quick and assembly was easy. My rating is lower because every time I sit down, the bench slides on my LVP floor. The rubber feet are very slippery. I called Customer Service and asked if you offer a non-slip gripper product and was told no, because the rubber is supposed to be preventing the slipping. Now I am forced to find a gripper product or another alternative if I want to keep the bench.
