I always enjoy buying things through overstock. Company seems solid and the items arrive in a timely manner. This particular order was supposed to have had a 10% discount added to it. At the checkout. I put the code in assume that had gone through but it was not subtracted from the total. I called your customer service people and they said there's nothing they could do about it. That's very disappointing

Process was seamless, delivery was on point. And I love my new beautiful rug. I saw it while visiting the Eagle Inn in Santa Barbara and had to have one myself.

I put in my order for an outdoor carpet, and after I put in all the credit card information, I got a message that said something went wrong, try again later. Do, I decided to try a different credit card. After finishing the order, I received 2 emails thanking me for my order! Now I'm going to get 2 carpets that will cost me $181. each! I don't want 2 of the very same carpets, but the cost of returning one, will be very expensive!! I'm not happy!!!!!!!

The chairs are wonderful! Perfect color, comfortable and supportive! Just what I wanted. Assembly would have been a challenge but my adult son was able to come do the assembly for me. Delivery service was stressful 😣 The chairs came 3 days early. So that was great, EXCEPT UPS brought them at 10:00PM on a Saturday night, and left them on an uncovered Front Porch in the middle of a severe rain and thunder storm!! At 10:30pm I found a 10:00pm email telling me they had been delivered! We were home; they did not ring the doorbell. The cardboard was soaked but I tilted them and was able to dry them overnight inside the house.

The item I wanted was listed as in stock. My purchase went through and then the next day I received an email stating the order could not be fulfilled because the item is out of stock.
Response from Overstock.comSep 9, 2026
We sincerely regret the frustration caused by the stock discrepancy. We are showing that the fan had an inventory issue in our warehouse so the order was cancelled to prevent a delayed order. Your refund was issued for the purchase.
