Billing address did not match delivery address. I was flagged. Called and got my order cancelled and customer service helped reorder. Customer service failed to mention that new order will still be flagged and sit in fraud prevention. Had to cancel the reorder. Delay could have been avoided.
Response from Overstock.comSep 9, 2026
We sincerely apologize for the frustration and inconvenience you experienced with your orders. We understand how disappointing it must be to face repeated delays due to the billing and delivery address discrepancy. Your orders have been reviewed and we are showing they've been fully refunded.

You failed to deliver your product in a timely manner. The quality is ok, not great. It will function but that is about all.
