The quality of the items was poor
The quality of the items was poor. The photos of the item on your site appear to have a frame/base for each light. But what arrived was just a string of lights and plastic bags. The quality was very poor compared to similar products we’ve purchased from other businesses. And the box was damaged, but the items inside were not damaged. So the delivery service was fine. Seems wrong to be charged to return the items.

The site was claiming 70% off sitewide…
The site was claiming 70% off sitewide for Labor Day, even though the prices were the same as when I had checked several days before. When I tried to apply the code for Labor Day, they said “you are getting the best price already“
