After a couple of emails to Customer Care they are replacing a necklace that was missing from my order. My original responder, Garth, didn't even read my email--so I was pleased to see when I emailed again that it was taken care of.

I purchased a 120" industrial ceiling fan. The package did not contain the the remote control receiver or transmitter. I called customer service and they would send out the parts and I would receive them in to days. But then i get an email saying to check the packaging ( which I and others had done several times) and if not found, send a picture of the contents. I had thrown away the packaging because the customer service personal said the parts where shipping and a 10 foot ceiling fan has a lot of packaging that gets in the way. I gave two stars because if I end up getting the parts, the cost of the product was attractive.
